AQUA – agile quick assessment

Welcome to the Pre-Release of kyona LEAN AQUA Assessment!

Agility means adaptability of an organisation. As our work environment becomes more complex, it becomes more difficult to change to demands. Agile allows you to work and quickly respond to any new demands and even drive the change you want to see!

To understand what your Agile Journey might entail, itā€™s best to understand where you are starting.

kyona is trialling a LEAN AQUA Assessment which will only take a few minutes.Ā  The result will help you understand How Agile you are!

Please review the questions and place your answer in the last column. Once you are completed, you will be given a Capability Set Score (CS Score). The Capability Set Explanations will be located below your score.
